I'm excited to offer you the opportunity to train with me online. With my Habitual Program, you'll receive personalised phased training blocks based on your assessments and goals, designed to strengthen your foundations and help you reach your full fitness potential.
You'll start with a comprehensive assessment that covers posture, fitness goals, current performance, and training history. From there, I'll create a customised program that is tailored specifically to you.
But it's not just about the training - I'll also provide lifestyle advice to help you improve your sleep quality, reduce stress, and more. My goal is to help you not only achieve your fitness goals but to live a happier and healthier life overall.
With one or two classes online per week, you'll have my guidance every step of the way. And you can rest assured that there will be absolutely no cookie-cutter programs - every aspect of your training will be personalised just for you.
